Protocol for Enhanced In Situ Bioremediation Using Emulsified Edible Oil
A technical report that summarizes pilot-study results to evaluate use of an edible-oil-in-water emulsion to stimulate in situ biodegradation of perchlorate and CVOCs in groundwater. The evaluation also discusses the distribution of the emulsion in the aquifer, the impact of substrate injection on permeability and groundwater flow path, and effectiveness of the technology.
