User Guidance for Application of TREECS and CTS for Environmental Risk Assessment of Contaminants on Department of Defense (DoD) Ranges

A technical report that summarizes performance data of technology demonstration/validation for the Training Range Environmental Evaluation and Characterization System (TREECS) and the Chemical Transformation Simulator (CTS) modeling systems. The document summarizes that the performance is consistent, reliable, and cost effective and that TREECS-CTS advances on the ability to reliably quantify the potential of environmental risks of MC on, and down-gradient of DoD training and testing ranges.
